Privacy Policy

What this site collects

This site does not require account creation and does not sell products. The information it collects falls into two categories:

• Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, the site collects your name, work email, company, role, company ARR range, primary challenge, what prompted your inquiry, and any optional message you provide. This information is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry about a potential consulting engagement. It is emailed directly to the practice and is not stored in a database, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Analytics. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are privacy-respecting, cookie-free tools that measure aggregate page views, custom conversion events (described in docs/conversion-plan.md in the project repository), and page performance. They do not use tracking cookies, do not build cross-site profiles, and do not perform session replay.

How information is used

Contact form information is used only to evaluate whether a consulting engagement is a good fit and to communicate with you about that inquiry. It is not used for unrelated marketing outreach, and it is not sold or rented to any third party.

Third-party services

When configured, contact form notifications are delivered through Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes the content of your submission solely to deliver the notification email and is bound by its own privacy and data-handling terms.

Data retention

Contact form submissions exist as an email in the practice's inbox. They are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and follow up on the inquiry, and can be deleted on request.

Your choices

You can request that information you've submitted be deleted by emailing [email protected].

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use by professional audiences and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site's functionality changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
